Health and Safety Policy


Invensys is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of all its employees whilst at work and others who may be affected by its operations. Invensys believes that injuries and occupational diseases are preventable.
   Specifically they are expected to:
  • Provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment at all locations.
  • Comply with applicable health & safety laws and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments of existing operations and any changes thereto, so as to identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective and contol measures.
  • Develop appropriate local policies and ensure procedures and organisational structures are in place.
  • Provide the necessary information and training to employees to enable them to implement good health and safety practices throughout the business.
  • Comply with corporate self assessment and accident reporting programmes that are designed to monitor overall performance.
  • Implement programmes to review and monitor health and safety performance against locally established measures that demonstrate continually improving performance.
  • Encourage active participation and co-operation of all employees in promoting and developing measures to improve health and safety at work.
  • It is the responsibility of all employees to work safely and to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and of other persons who may be affected by their actions whilst at work.
